the most fun one was 4 person one grp then there will b sum one as the base... which the leg mussles must b strong....
then oen of the other 3 muz lik hug the " base's" waist n squat dwn n put all the ur weight on his/her...
then one more person wld go to ther otherside of the base.... n do the koala bear thingy.... which means ur whole body will b hugin onto the base's waist.... so will balance both side larhh...
then the last person will step on the 1st person who clingch onto the base's leg n tt pose will hold 4 three thousand....
yeah tts it.... its fun...
n much of bondin larhh...
yeah then nw the legs thighs waa si bei suann lik toot le lorr....
then elnie say muz bathe in hot water n slp without air con if possible....then morning b 4 bathe mus do sum streachin if nt the legs will b painful lik toot....
